Not a great experience- empty restaurant, but 45 minute wait. Kept being told that they were so ?flipping busy?
Got our table eventually- then another 25 minutes for the food which was cold and not as ordered, so we had to return-
Manager not brilliant and has zero customer service skill. Would not even give them one star!
Will never be back!

Empty restaurant but told it was insanely busy. Had to wait 40 mins to be told we would have to wait on food as staff aren't up to speed after being open a fortnight.

One of the worst experiences we?ve ever had at a Nando?s. The food took nearly an hour to arrive, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to get glasses after asking. When we inquired about the delays, we were told, ?This has been happening all day, sorry.? At one point, a manager came over and blamed the system for the delay in our food. Meanwhile, there were plenty of empty tables, yet people were being turned away at the door.
While some leniency is expected with a new opening, a brand like Nando?s, with so much experience in launching restaurants, should have these issues under control. There was no genuine apology for the delays, staff appeared aimless and were just walking laps around the restaurant, and the whole place felt completely disorganized. Overall, it was a chaotic and disappointing experience
