Great store. Since it opened, I have been complaining about the lack of an express checkout. The manager said that statistics showed that there was no need, based on the number of small transactions. That's probably because people like me who only generally buy a few items, didn't go there because there was no express checkout! I was delighted to see that there are now self serve checkouts. Well done. The only issue now is people with a trolley using self serve!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Shoppers seem less stressed than those when we shop in Tescos. People let you jump ahead at the till if you've only got a few things and we do the same. Love their produce and leave in a good mood.

It was a nice offer sunflower oil with lidlplus app it`s 50p off i did take 2 and it did not take off for both i check the price again does it not say on advertisment for 1 sunflower oil lidlplus app
I got refunded but I was not happy with the trick offers and the staff said to me that they were allowed to do those offers

I always feel rushed when my products are scanned very fast, and the cashier is pushing them towards me. They ask me to pay before I finish putting everything in my bag.
I don't like that I need a coin for the trolley, I don't carry coins as I pay by card.
The products are good and cheap.

Lidl is what Lidl does. A good range of regularly stocked products at great prices, and, when they're gone, they're gone special offers. Great premises, great staff, great bread, great offers. Not for everyone, but give it a try, I did, and I like it.

Just like every other branch - good range of products at a reasonable price. Useful special buys every Thursday and Sunday, including seasonal produce. Free car parking, as usual. Castlereagh shop has a room full of reduced special buys.

Purchased a robot mower which worked fine for a few weeks then wouldn?t charge when back at the dock. Took the battery out and tried to charge it on my park side charger, it came up flashing red and green light which means a faulty battery. Took the battery back to the Lidl store to get a replacement, after waiting around for 20 minutes while the staff spoke to the manager, the manager then said I would have to bring the whole robot mower back for a replacement! Even though the mower is working as I used a spare battery from my park side strimmer. All I need is a replacement battery but they woudnt exchange it. Absolutely useless manager. This was in the Newtownards branch.

Checked on your website for price of rocket leaves. Came up at 69p. When I went to the store the charge was £1,15 which is a big difference. The store could not explain the difference neither could your WhatsApp team. I could have purchased at local supermarket had you the "correct" price online. Poor advertising and poor customer
