I ordered for a medium pizza. And I got delivered a wrong order. Tried contacting the domino's pizza but it was already closed. I waited for the person who brought me the pizza but did not return back. And I also had specifically requested to leave the food in front of the door but he knocked the door in the middle of the night which I felt was not right.

The only problem was the food wasn't very warm by the time it was delivered, I have collected food brought it home an was still really warm

Pizza was undercooked and was completely wrong. Ordered a half and half where the right side was supposed to be a pepperoni passion, and the left a Texas BBQ with no onion but with sweetcorn. There was onion , no sweetcorn and the pepperoni was on the left!! So the right side was just plain? It's £2 a topping like so if ya pay £2 for sweetcorn you expect to get it! Bit of a joke like for the price of it you would expect better!

Overall quality of the food was subpar at best-some items were like warm/cold and also overdone, collection order, part of which was incorrect I realised once I returned home, called to ask for this to be rectified, fella on the phone said they would have it sent to my home, baring in mind I live less than 5 minutes from the store, 45 minutes went by no show, called again, fella on phone didn?t seem to be aware that I was waiting on a replacement being sent, arranged for this to be done, 10 minutes went by then the replacement arrived, cini dippers, cold with extra dips which I assumed were given as an apology attempt, I will not be ordering again, very disappointed, I?ll stick to the Asda make your own pizzas, far better value for money and they actually make them correct first time!

Every time i seem to ring up there always seems to be a ?1 hour waiting list for pizza? and was told to either wait or ring ballymena. Rang pizza time and had the pizza home and everything in 20 minutes

the quality of food from here has really dropped. ordered twisted dough balls with pepperoni along with my pizza, what I got looked like a mama doughball and her babies!!! 5 of them half the size of one and with no or only a half pepperoni rolled inside. I also ordered the doughballs with chocolate and cinnamon this time I got the doughballs with chocolate but no sugar/cinnamon. the pizza was so-so. 5 star for service only because didn't wait too long for the delivery

I have been a frequent customer of your establishment, having placed numerous orders for pizza in the past. However, I regret to inform you that the quality of your service has recently declined. On one occasion, I received a burnt pizza, and on another, I ordered a vegetarian pizza but instead received a pizza with meatballs. While I am not a vegetarian, I prefer meat-free dishes and was disappointed by this error. These two incidents have unfortunately led me to the decision that I will no longer be ordering from your establishment.
