There were flies flying around the uncovered traybakes when we were in and I also noticed some dead ones inside the display case.. fairly worrying.

The toilets are protected by a digital lock ...we were not given the key and I would need to wait in the queue to get it.
I used the WC near the visitor centre ... they were clean

Great coffee and the only staff member I met was very polite, helpful and made a good cup if coffee. Nice pastry. The temperature in the cafe itself was a little cold for me.
