To day my wife and children got bad experience from one of the staff,After school they were at centra before enter the shop one staff said keep children school bag outside,I don?t know why such a rules after they can see some children walking inside the shop with school bag,This rule only for my children and wife only.It?s a insult.

Shop is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked. Deli has the most gorgeous food.

Very rude service from one worker I don?t know her name but she had black hair and was maybe in her 40s (you will know who I?m talking about when she serves you). Rude attitude and clearly didn?t want to be there and when I said thank you I got a dirty look and a your welcome in a very cheeky and sarcastic tone, very disappointing service from her. She has put a dampener on my day which is very annoying. I hope she learns from this but it will be very unlikely as she seems to be naturally rude, if she wants to be like this then she best believe I will write a review. I have no idea what her problem is but she needs to sort it out. I am very angry right now but I will try not to let this rude madam spoil my day. Other workers seem to be nice though.

Shop looks great and the staff are very pleasant but the deli food is a joke. I got this morning a pancake a sausage and a hash brown. The hash brown and pancake was harder than the container it came in!

Funny how it says it opens at 5.45, always there around that time and it's never open, and they close a good 10 minutes before 9 as well, someone needs to do their job right.
