Had to get a pair of shoes replaced here today due to shoes being ripped, the manager explained that I needed to move up a size and exchanged them for me. Very happy with the customer service.

It's a shame I have to write this review because overall I really like this ASICS shop and the footwear is really high quality.
Basically when I shopped here I felt I was getting dirty/judgemental looks from what seemed to be the manager that day and also one of the female staff members. I had just finished a work shift and did look quite tired so maybe they were suspicious or something.
However, I was looking to buy shoes and the dirty looks and general unwelcome vibe from both of them continued. It really left me feeling bitter/ frustrated, everyone has off days so maybe think to be a little bit less judgemental?
The two younger lads in the store were very helpful to me however so thank you to them for making the effort.

Was in junction one store about 4 weeks ago. Spent about half an hour trying on different footwear and as your brand is new to me, found the shoe type explanation displayed a little confusing to understand. Two members of staff the whole time never once appoched me or other customers. Instead spent the whole time chatting to eachother at the till. Is this an ASICS store thing were the staff don't approach you until you ask for assistance?? As the same thing happened today too!!.

Train your staff. Unbelievably poor service. Bought a pair of Asics trainers today at ASICS in Junction One. I noticed that the 3 members of staff stood chatting & ignored every customer including myself ( I tried on 4 pairs of trainers in front of them) -utter indifference to the 8 or more potential customers around them. When I went to the til to purchase my trainers, I wasn?t asked a single question about how I got on, I didn?t even get a smile. Who is training these staff?? If I was the manager I would fire the lot. Just not good enough.

Good shop, helpful staff, good selection of quality trainers. Only thing is they dont have the latest model shoes as they r an outlet so u can just get the second latest ones which are a good bit cheaper than the new model..i liked mine anyway lol

so nice to get great service. called into the store today the male assistant was really friendly and gave both myself and my hubby good info and advice on the most suitable trainers for us. my size wasn't available and he tried another outlet for me. we will definitely be back ??

I am a keen runner and always used the big brand names. While in Antrim I tried the ASICS store. On entering I was approached a gentleman his name was Marcus. He was extremely helpful and offered his expert advice as he also ran marathons and was a keen runner. His help, advice and patience was second to none. I didn't feel rushed and he helped me as best as he could. Very curtious and knowledgeable. A lot of stores can't offer this. Thanks Marcus I'll definitely be returning and recommending my friends 10/10

I was in junction one last week , was recommended to ask for Marcus as apparently he is a runner and keenAthlete! I?ve recently just taken up running and Marcus found me the perfect trainers ! I was a little nervous about going in but he made me feel so at ease , I absolutely loved his manner and customer service . Can?t wait to visit again and don?t mind driving the 50 odd miles just to visit this store . Thanks again ?
