Worst customer service ever. Was in getting bits for my dinner and grabbed a can of monster. I know that in Asda you have to be over 16 to purchase an energy drink. Bare in mind I am nearly 20 and look my age if not older. I had also been carrying my car keys the whole time in the shop. When I got to the self service tills and still scanning my items, the worker walked over and looked me up and down, gave a dirty look and then asked me for ID, which to be fair I wasn?t carrying, but as I look well over 16 and was carrying my car keys etc I?d think that would be enough to give the impression I?m over 16. She then told me I wasn?t over 16 and proceeded to argue with me. I have never been so horrified in my life to been talked to the way I was talked to today by a worker in such a high up shop.

Empty boxes on shelves, low stock, only 1 checkout manned at 7pm the last evening I was in. Want you to scan a trolley of shopping yourself! Check "offers" as ive found they are not reduced at the till. Very untidy shop, not a good shopping experience at all.

Utterly disgusted, done an online shop yesterday morning and paid for an express, said it be there between 1 and 2, no shopping came went onto my app and said it was delivered, absolute joke, rang them and they said I've no shopping and yet, whys it saying delivered, well there were so sorry and said it's on it way, bullshit I'm still sitting 24 hours later and still no shopping, had to buy my 4 boys a takeaway as they sat all day waiting on or groceries, not a happy customer

Leaking roof, empty boxes on shelves not cleaned up for days, half of the veg and fruit section is always empty.
But what's the worst is that the prices on the labels often do not match what you pay at the till. Be aware, the staff is aware because I reported it multiple times but nobody seems to care.

Oh dear, what an awful shopping experience in Asda Antrim. The shop was an absolute mess, empty shelves, what stock was on the shelves was all over the place yet shop assistants were up the aisles chatting and when I asked why the shop was in a mess they told me to go to Tesco. I left the shop with 3 items but had planned to do my weeks shopping. It is quite a large store but don't think I'll ever bother returning again. Maybe it's closing down, that would explain why the shop was in such a mess.

Can't remember the last time I was able to do a weeks shop in one visit as they never have anything left. Sick of going nearly everyday to make sure I can get basic essentials like fruit and nappies it's always the same stuff gone. 30% of the time it's at the very top in boxes ready to be put out. Being 5ft climbing shelves is not something I would like to do.

Today 20th May 2024, my husband and I were in Asda, Antrim store, and to be honest I doubt we'll be back. We've been using this store from the day it opened.Today we were treated like criminals by two of your employees. We had finished shopping and went to check out using the scan and go tills, we bought and item that wouldn't scan, we called Mark over to help us, we explained our problem, he then decided we would need a complete bag security check, he proceeded to move us and our trolley away to another area and then without any more explanation pulled ALL our items out and rescanned them.During this extra time my husband (disabled) leaned back onto the packing area of a vacant till, then out of seemingly nowhere a loud voice demanded "MOVE, I NEED THIS SPACE" so rudely it made us both jump. All this just as our shopping was littered across the bagging area of another til with Mark shoving our things including £18 worth of candles and an item of clothing for my husband back into a bag.He then decided to simply walk away mumbling something inaudible. No thank you, no explanation, not even a kind look towards us. We felt like criminals. The management really need to sort this huge, off putting problem out, before Asda loses even more customers.I was so angry I spoke to the women who'd spoken loudly and so abruptly at my husband, I said that "good manners are absolutely everything in customer service", she put her head down in shame.Something needs to happen, this store is heading downward, bathrooms are horrible to use, and shelves a patchy with stock.I'm only writing this as I'm so angry at how we've been treated.I'm disgusted.
