I took in my mother in law?s gold watch as I thought the catch was broken and in her confusion she had forgotten how to fasten it. There were 2 ladies serving who not only couldn?t show me how it fastened ( It was not broken just a difficult safety staff) but also implied I had stolen it.Never again!

Wanted a link for a watch but because we hadn?t purchased it from them the woman in the shop wasn't at all interested in helping. If she had helped we would?ve become customers as we like to support local businesses where possible, now though.......?.
