Food is okay, but I have been trying for three weeks to sort a problem with the account. Repeated phone calls to office haven't sorted it, and now they do not answer the phone at all. Three calls to your Customer Services, who tell me to write emails which are not answered. Have wasted hours and no sign of anybody able/ willing to deal with it.

Wiltshire farm foods and Wellingborough site are awful, I have had no end of problems just receiving my order I've phoned up several times only being given "they will phone you tomorrow" I have even requested a refund on Monday, still waiting now.Please avoid.

I began having Wiltshire Farm Foods delivered when I had surgery, which temporarily reduced my mobility, about two years ago. I was immediately impressed by how easy it was to order online and eagerly awaited my first delivery. John,the lovely delivery man was very prompt and even packed my meals into my freezer for me! The meals themselves are delicious;well-balanced nutritionally and there is a great range of different types of cuisine to suit individual tastes. Just pop them into the microwave and they are done precisely as stated on the instructions! Ordering can also be done by telephone and all the customer service folk are polite and professional. As I am alone I am still ordering these delicious meals as they are economical and save the trouble of cooking just for myself. I would thoroughly recommend them.
