Food is okay, but I have been trying for three weeks to sort a problem with the account. Repeated phone calls to office haven't sorted it, and now they do not answer the phone at all. Three calls to your Customer Services, who tell me to write emails which are not answered. Have wasted hours and no sign of anybody able/ willing to deal with it.

Wiltshire farm foods and Wellingborough site are awful, I have had no end of problems just receiving my order I've phoned up several times only being given "they will phone you tomorrow" I have even requested a refund on Monday, still waiting now.Please avoid.
