I had a water accident with my phone . I bought a new contract in Plymouth. I couldn't transfer my data & as I was away visiting relatives I went into Vodafone Wellingborough. I can't thank Taya Goodchild enough she went above and beyond to help me. Due to her excellent customer service & patience she transferred all my data from my old phone. She is definitely an asset to Vodafone. Thank you Taya . Kind regards Mrs West

Bought a new phone and couldn't get anybody to set it up for me just happened to pop into Vodafone and Raj was absolutely amazing explaining everything to me while transferring the data from my old phone to my new phone I can't thank Raj enough he was brilliant

I got a PAYG sim from here last month. I was told that they weren't able to regiater a Vodafone account for me as the SIM I purchased wasn't on a plan.Once the month had passed and the bundle had expired it was quite difficult to recharge and buy another bundle.I've just spent over 40mins on the Vodafone website talking to a bot, then an agent, who helped set up an account for me.For a company as big and experienced as Vodafone I would expect a easier way of doing things. (Unless you are just pushing people towards plans...).

Not being a tekky, I was apprehensive about taking on broadband at home. I worried over nothing, Bradley the shop assistant was brilliant. He explained everything in detail asking if there was anything that i needed explaining again (there was, plenty). Very patiently, he went over my concerns more than once or twice. I left there a lot more confident than l thought I would. First class sevice, first class staff. Well done.

Enquired about paying off device or device and airtime to upgrade. Ended up upgrading there and then.Bradley explained everything along the way, offered multiple options with differing prices and date plans so I could select the one that fitted to my personal needs.Friendly, chatty, knowledgeable ....Couldn't ask for more.
