Lovely staff, very helpful except one delivery guy that is always complaining that he can?t do his job. We ordered many times and he came 3 times and we had to show him how to do his job. Last time we send him back and ask a refund because he?s attitude is absolutely unbelievable. We?ve got photos and videos that he has enough space to deliver but he said he can?t do it? there is no space? and stuffs like that

Service at Wellingborough branch is terrible.
I wasn?t contacted to confirm my allotted delivery day, so I rang the branch. I was then lied to by staff (I could hear their conversation in the office) about delivering later that day. This didn?t happen, unsurprisingly.
I cancelled my order with customer service, who sent me a confirmation email for the cancelled order.
The branch then tried to deliver the cancelled order the following week.
The delivery driver commented on the lack of organisation in the branch, which is apparent.
