Went un to find some tiles to reach broken ones that have been on the wall for some time now.With the help of the staff we found a match and the exact amount I needed to do the job.Can't ths k them enough for their help and tge match niw the are up and grouted in is as perfect as it could be

I visited the Wellingborough Store where I met Ollie, I am a lady who is disabled and my partner had sent me to buy some tiles for a job.Ollie helped me from the moment I walked into the store till the moment I walked out he was so kind, happy and pleasent and absolutely nothing was too much trouble and loaded the car with the tiles.I had to return a few days later to bring back some excess tiles and buy a single one again there was Ollie, unfortunately I had forgotten my receipt and I'd come from where I live in Northampton, he said no problem and found my details on the computer and again was amazing!!I cannot fault Ollie's service and I wish all retail ladies and Gentlemen were like Ollie he honestly made my day and took away any stress I had. So a massive thank you to Ollie and thank you Topps Tiles!!!

Horrendous attitude by ALL the staff in this store. Completely ignored by everyone even though we were the only ones in there. No help no hello can we help and yes they did see us there.Went next door and wow great gentleman who couldn?t of been more helpful and as local landlords, will definitely be using them again
