Every time I visit the Timpson shop, James is consistently outstanding. He is incredibly professional, extremely helpful, and always genuinely happy to assist. His positive attitude and dedication to great service make every visit a pleasure. I now only go to the shop for keys, watch repairs, or anything else when I know James is working. He?s a sincere and genuine person who truly goes above and beyond.

Needed a new key for my classic Mitsubishi Delica as original was very worn and sticky.
Mitsubishi forums recommended Timpsons is the place to get a spare cut.
Visited several branches around me with no success.
Was told by one branch that Danny in the Rushden branch is the man for vehicle keys.
Up we trotted to Rushden to see him.
Sure enough, quick as a flash he produced a blank and had it cut in minutes.

Needed a pre-bought blank car key cut, in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic service, and allowed me to bring in my own blank key bought off eBay, which saved me on overall cost. Great service.
