“I haven't been to this shop in over 2 years due to terrible service. However I have been enticed back in by the lovely window displays. I am happy to say it's now a brilliant shop with lots of choice, loads of clothes with tags on! It even smells fresh!The manager Liz couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and Ben was great on the till and very nice young man.I will definitely be back.”
“I've had excellent service and help from staff all three times I've been to the large YMCA charity shop on the Northampton Rd. Dennis was extra kind and helpful l, as was the very sweet&solicitous young woman (studying English at college pre-uni too!)who arranged the delivery of my sofa(£10 for the sofa and £30 delivery), an amazing bargain! I'm sitting very comfortably on my sofa now!The delivery guys, Liam and Pete, really went the extra mile, which I truly appreciated, particularly as it was the last-but-one delivery for them and certainly not the easiest. All was done with good humour and patience. I even got some tips re eateries and shops in Rushden, a town I dont know very well at all! Thanks to all the YMCA staff and the equally accommodating Manager(Vicky, I think?!) You are all a credit to the organisation! Kind regards, Maggie”
