Excellent service by Alina. She is a beautiful lady with kind heart and beautiful smile as well. I'm Three customer due to her and Now I'm have 3 three contracts. She is doing good for three. Her salary must be increased, and also she must be promoted.

Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in such a long time,the two gentlemen said it wouldn't take long to switch from other phone provider and it was very quick and very helpful, the gentlemen name was sunny and the other gentlemen was great too!
Now need to get the rest of the family moved over!

Onwards at Wellingborough had enormous patience in solving setting up problems for mobile and broadband. Showing great understanding of problems and the ability to solve them. All the time, of four visits she showed friendness competence and absolutely no show of "not you again". All the staff were equally professional and helpful.Well done
