Staff accused me of buying alcohol for my 14yr old daughter, who was in full school uniform!!!I placed it in the basket, and the Eastern European worker asked me if I was mum! I replied ?yes?, she then said there is a problem, she told me I need to provide ID. I said ? For who?? as she gestured, and was looking at my daughter.???????I said ?Why she?s not paying I am?!!! This moron then calls the Shift Leader, who refuses to sell me the alcohol?.meanwhile a queue has now formed, and a stupid old man is shouting abuse at me, as if he knows what?s going on ??Discrimination and possibly racism of the worst kind. The whole ordeal was embarrassing and very degrading?.My daughter wrote a statement of what took place, I couldn?t as my hand was shaking I was so angry, and the Shift Leader signed it in agreement!I told him to make sure the video footage is available for head office. He tells me ?I can?t give me the footage, I can only give it to the police??.I said ?I don?t need it, make it available as evidence, for when Head Office are doing their investigations? ?I got in my car, and burst into tears, and called Head Office who were disgusted. The Customer Service Manager advised I go back in the shop, and purchase my shopping.I did that, both the Shift Leader, and Eastern European member of staff saw me, and said nothing.I let the Eastern European woman know I reported them both to Head Office.So!!! I look forward to a favourable response, on my part ?

Staff are rude! I had to pop at 9:45, was there by then and told me I can't come in as they are closing. As I remind them they can shove a pole up there ars3, and that it shuts at 10, not 9:45, the fatty tells me to *+&£! Off! B4rstards!!
