Lots of help on check out today, had gift voucher and a girl called Faye was so so helpful. It was my first day out in weeks after being poorly. She was so patient with me. Made my shop so much easier. Lovely girl and very kind. I hope my comments will be passed on to her. There was a young lad that helped when Faye was busy, he was really kind and a real smiler. Thank you Tesco

Poor maintenance on recycling glass containers.
The glass containers lost the labels to know which one was one.
You can't clearly identify where is going the clear, green or brown glass, not even when u care so imagine how many people that doesn't care is gonna mix the different glasses making the glass non recyclable...
To me it looks like TESCO gave up on customers doing the right segregation and removed the labels to collect all glass mixed and cross finger for the facility being able to deal with the mess if they have the adequate machinery to do so.
Besides that, the store is great.
It has a big collection of soft plastic n4.
It also has a few unusual collections like makeup waste.

The little Scottish lady on the cigarette counter is super rude no manners atall, no please, no thankyou. If you hate your job that much why don?t you find something else instead of subjecting customers to your rude attitude??!!

Whoever hired Wyatt, who always seems to work on the scan as you shop checkout, give yourself a pat on the back, and give Wyatt a raise!! They are so lovely every time I come in (which is every week since last September), we always have a laugh and they never fail to help me out??

Went this morning to get some bits, went to this lady harisha I believe her name was, loaded out my bits and she just sat on her phone for a good 30-45 seconds, didn?t greet us either and was just too busy texting people, Extremley unprofessional didn?t even apologise or say anything to us besides ?need a bag?, just looked at us and carried on doing her own thing then when she was finished decided to help us, took this photo for proof

Good size store. Plenty of parking including parent & child and disabled spaces. Next to the store is a fuel station with an IMO car wash. Several options to shop such as click n collect and scan as you shop. The store includes a cafe, pharmacy, public toilets and clothing section.

It wasn?t very busy when we visited. Had brunch on their cafe and coffee and cake after shopping.

Very large and popular superstore on edge of town . Seems to have a very good range always seemingly well stocked .
Does get very busy which can be a bit annoying trying to get out often self serve with few checkouts open.
Plenty of time limited free parking - not very good if on foot though .

i like the store and the variety here, as well as the scan as you go scanners.
the layout is completely illogical and ridiculous which makes it a confusing place to navigate.
