Absolutely first class service again today at Tesco Pharmacy. Nothing is to much trouble, good advice and service from everyone and a special thank you to Shilpa for her help.

Trying to get appointment for my son ear infection. GP told any pharmacy will help me with antibiotic, you visit Tesco pharmacy they tell you to go to gp. Very professional

Had to use Tesco due to moving house and waiting to register with a new GP. Got a phone call from them saying my prescription had been discontinued and was no longer available (A stressful thing to hear).. After a day of calling 111 back and forward trying to resolve, it turns out my prescription has not been discontinued.
To top it off, 111 informed me that Tesco had to return my request for another pharmacy to be able to pick it up, after waiting ages to have my call answered the man said "Systems down, cant do anything"
A day and a half of messing around stressed out all because of one lazy phone call giving misinformation...
Do better.

Appalling, unhelpful customer service. Rude staff, who look down on you and are there working as a punishment. Terrible experience.

Staff extremely rude and unhelpful, who are not doing any favors to TESCO. Not sure why Tesco allow these people to operate on their behalf....

Staff looked as though they couldn't be bothered to serve you man was chewing as he spoke he took do long looking for the prescription before telling us ut wasn't there added him to look again it was a 111 sent prescription he sighed and went back to the computer after another 5 mins he found it then took 10mins to dispense it. He was obviously not happy to be there and wasn't bothered about anyone by this time a long q had built up. Shocking service. It will have to be an emergency to use them again

I have used this pharmacy for many years for its convenience, I pick up my meds when I do my shopping, I order from my surgery and get a text when they are ready to collect. Yesterday I went to collect meds as usual, having had a text 5 days before while we were away. There was nobody waiting so I thought it would be a quick pick up - two staff were talking together but the male staff member could clearly see me. No attempt was made to stop the conversation and come to serve me. Eventually they finished their chat and the male staff member called over to me instead of coming to the counter to ask what I wanted. I told him and then I had to shout my name over to him as he still had not moved from where he was. After a few minutes of wandering around he asked me to confirm my address. He then stood at the back of the shop where he was obviously preparing my meds even though they had been supposedly ready for 5 days. All the time he could see me clearly and kept glancing at me almost defiantly as if to nake the point that I was a captive customer and could go nowhere until he did his job on his own sweet time. By this time a queue had formed behind me and no other staff member came over to serve them. After what seemed like an eternity the male staff member came over to me and yet again asked me to confirm my address - strangely I had not moved house in the time that he left me standing there. He gave me 3 separate bags - normally my meds are in one bag but he felt it necessary to pack them one by one and print out 3 separate address labels. The customers behind me still had not been approached by anyone and were visibly irritated by the complete lack of customer service we had all received. I can only hope my next visit will be much better, but unfortunately other pharmacies I have used seem to use a similar system which is sad when they are meant to be a first line service for medical advice for the general public.

Very bad experience, trying to get my boy ointment from last two month, every time getting reply from them ( we order today and will get after three days) from last two month three four time every week went to check but still don't get the same . They said we are sorry for inconvenience but you will call and speak to us before leaving the house, every time call them but never pick up phone... What the point to get up GP prescription after two month....
I know my review will be deleted, but still waiting reply from them..

Never pick up the phone. Shocking considering we are told to go to the pharmacy for small issues but can?t even speak to them before leaving the house.

Having been made to wait 15 minutes and then again for 10 minutes at my local pharmacy in Wollaston due to them failing to meet two booked appointment times I popped into Tesco to ask about the flu jab. I had the jab and was out within 2 minutes, great service and staff.I didn't take the name of the young lady who gave me the vaccination but she will know who she is, 14 years giving vaccines, quick, painless and a credit to her profession, thank you.

This use to be a cracking pharmacy. Go anywhere you can now or expect at least a half hour wait. Don't preorder anything it will never be ready. So expect twice the wait. This is purely about resourcing, who ever is running this is milking it for profit without any care what so ever for service. Guy behind me wanted pain killers for a spinal problem. This should be reported! PS it's ALLWAYS like this!
