I am extremely pleased with the service Wellingborough team provides. I shop at Superdrug very often. I have had issues in Rushden Lakes Superdrug a few times, as I am always being overcharged when I spend more than £30. I came to Wellingborough Superdrug, explained the issue to manager and she has been great to me and sorted it very quickly. The store manager Gaynor is amazing. Top woman! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Wellingborough Superdrug, you are the best!

Extremely rude staff, never go back in to this store again! Literally just walked in to tye store after my partner, walked out after 15 seconds and staff accused me of stealing, making jokes about this very loudly and making me uncomfortable, of course they didnt find anything and they couldn?t even say sorry!

DisappointedI came into your store today and it was very quite. I picked up a product that I know usually do buy one get one half price. I asked the cashier to which he replied I don?t know and I can?t leave the till although I was the only one in the shop. He then proceeded to instead of help me locate whether there was a discount or not told me to go and look for another staff member so I did a lap and couldn?t find anyone so went back to the till to the gent on the till was chatting to another college on the headset. Could he not of asked his college on there for the answer instead of gossiping about a previous customer? Honestly I?ll stick to going to other stores or shopping online because the experience was uncomfortable and totally unprofessional.

A lot of Superdrugs own brands are vegan so I'll be shopping here quite a bit. Staff are always very friendly
