Really bad experience at Subway - Swansgate Shopping Centre. The woman at the till was rude and hard to understand. I was told the shop was open, but right after I paid, I was told to leave and eat outside because they were closing. Total waste of time and just shows how downhill the place has gone.

This food is bullshit, staf is not good behaviour, You found is something inside wood pices, they are not good communication to customers, you found it sandwich bad smile tuna fish, i complain to health officer.

Very sparingly on the fillings. Staff struggling with knowledge of the menu and working the cash register. Soft Drinks flat.

NO FOOD
writing this review while still empty handed, me and my partner ordered 2 sandwiches OVER an hour ago now and still nothing
We have called the restaurant over and over again with no reply.
Just eat says the place is open but google says it?s shut now and our food just keeps getting pushed back.

I wouldn?t even rate this as a one start but there is no option for zero . I went to this store many times before and everything was fine , but i?ve been on 27/09/2024 and i left disgusted and disappointed. I went there 15 minutes before closing , the lady who took the order was so rude and impatient, the way she was talking is not the way you have to talk to your customers, and apart from that she also threw partially of my food on the floor saying ?sorry? with smile on the face , not even asking to change it . This is not the way a restaurant is working. I am also business owner but i would never treat you this way , with so much disrespect. The thing is , if you don?t want to work on closing time , just say to customers is close and that?s it , instead she preferred to ruin my day with her attitude and disrespect. I?ve ordered the waffle fries cold and hard as stone , we couldn?t even ate it after she threw them on the floor . I hope no one will experience same thing as me . It is not about the money we paid , as it is about respect and treating customers the right way . Never coming back !

I jst went to the store for a chicken salad and they gave me lettuce and onion salad with 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken for jst less than 5pounds. Too disappointed!!!!

I thought subway meant fresh and green. Everything about the foot long sub i got was worse. The bread was so stale that it was crumbly. All the veggies were watery because of old and god knows for how long those were kept. I have loved subway so much, but this footlong plant patty i had was worse. Worse experience. Never ever eating from this wellingborough store again. Yucks. Had to throw away. No flavor nothing.
