We regularly visit this particular branch. Yes there is a Starbucks nearer to our house, Yes there are other coffee outlets but it is the staff that keep us coming back. Caprice, David, Mamta, Ellie and Maddie. they are all friendly, polite and make my drink just the way i like it (i am a bit fussy in the way i like it) it is never a problem, and they make it perfect every time (with me having to say it all).
Another reason is, I sometimes take some young children in there occasionally for a treat. the staff mentioned above ALWAYS acknowledge them, to the point the children ask for a high five and are on first name terms with David and "creese" (one cant say caprice)
I gave 4 /5 stars for food. this is to do with the price - a tad expensive but that isn't down to the branch.

Sadly Ali M is correct. Went to this Starbucks on several occasions. Every time the coffee was as cold as ice. I even tried asking for "extra hot" which is not something I find necessary in other branches. This made it lukewarm. I didn't even have a chance to complain about the short measures. I don't usually use comments to complain but this place is just terrible and I have now given up on this branch despite its location being convenient for me.

Always friendly and fast service. Good rotation of drinks (even for those not particularly a fan of coffee). Plenty of seating available when eating in and a pleasant atmosphere.
Parking: Shared with the rest of the retail park so can sometimes be quite busy but there?s almost always space available.

Could probably do with a makeover as it?s still has that dark rather gloomy interior look, probably got used to the more updated branches.
Otherwise as always the coffee is its usual reliable self and all the expected Starbucks extras are available.
It?s on a small shared retail park and you can normally find a parking spot near or around.

The only good thing about this experience was the lovely girl serving, she was friendly and chatty, apart from her the place was dead, (NO TEABAGS !!) could do with some sort of notification they don't take cash !!

It's a coffee place with a few extras. Good if you are on the go or just want to meet up fpr coffee

The employees were serving as if they were tired of their job. Their coffee was also lower quality than other Starbucks.
