Brilliant Travel agency, Shreeji Travel helped get my family members back to UK when India was added to the red flag quarantine list last month, many of our flights had been cancelled but Shreeji managed to keep rescheduling our flights till they were able to take off, without charging any extra. Cannot thank the Shreeji travel team enough for their hardwork and support during such uncertain times.

Last year in August 2020 I has to go to India to see my mother-in-law how was seriouly very ill, as per my friend I bought two tickets. But unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away just three days before travel. I cancelled the tickets straight away, same day, as it was lockdown. Called for refund.I have been calling every day till today all most nine months for refund he kept no answering my messages or kept telling me that he will do it today tomorrow.Airlindia was giving full refund. I paid him £1,060.00 and guess what it paid me just £472.00 today.I am so frustrated with this guy Brijesh Patel.Can anyone help me as I only have his mobile and no other contact. I need to take him to Trading standards and ABTANever seen such a customer service in this country.Very angry and frustrated customer

I had to travel to India for a family emergency. From start to finish Sameer bhai was excellent. The whole process from booking the ticket, guiding through new Covid related processes, helping to get booked in quarantine hotel, etc. Always very kind, responsive and prompt. It's a breath of fresh air. I became their customer for life now. Thanks so much for everything.

I am using Shreeji Travels frequently, I have travelled to India in April 21 due to pandemic the rules are too complicated. Throughout in Travel anddocumentation Shreeji Travels has guided me very well. A+ from my side.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!! SCAMMERBrijesh is definitely a scammer. I booked a ticket for an emergency flight to see a deceased loved one, to India under immense stress . He took my money and when I got to Heathrow airport my flights were not booked! When I called him he promised to reimburse me for the money I spent, however he went back on his word and I am currently taking this company to trading standards to pursue legal action.
