The definition of ableism clearly shown here. The shops entrance is inaccessible, if using a wheelchair a door bell has to be rung to get staff to bring out the wheelchair ramps which are not safe to use due to being too steep. Of course the excuses were made to justify the accessibility with disabled access being in-considered.
