Talk about discrimination! I have mental health which prevents me from leaving my house on most days. I asked for delivery of prescriptions and I guess because I can use my legs (although I also have physical health issues) they won't offer delivery service. I think that's terrible, how can they offer to only SOME people with disabilities, I guess they chose what they like which is therefore a unfair service. So now I can't get my medication or my daughters who also has serious physical condition. Have to arrange with gp to send prescription to another pharmacy now where they don't discriminate and tell you you have to get it yourself after telling them you can't. What a horrible chemist, that I guess doesn't care about people's health.

They don?t answer the phone, 7 to 10 days for a repeat prescription is unacceptable lots of staff standing about chatting while customers wait to be served. ????

Bad services keep telling me prescription ready to pick up on the day the staff then tells me not ready till 4 ok no problem then at 4 nope till next 2 days been happening more than once

Had to wait 35 mins to be told my prescription came in yesterday but won't be ready until Tuesday!! Seriously ..if someone had bothered to pick up the phone when I called 6 times instead of wasting my time driving there would have been a help. Oh and two hours closed 1-3pm ...1 hour lunch for all staff would have been better. Will have to go without my meds til Tuesday then I will change pharmacy with better service. Back Tuesday and still waiting..shambles!!

ITS GOT TO BE THE WORST PHARMACY EVER THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO DRIVE THERE TO ORDER YOUR TABLETS AND THEY DO LET YOU KNOW WHEN ITS READY.

Been using this pharmacy for years, and have watched customer service plummet over the last couple. Customer service is atrocious. One person serving and all other staff in the shop ignoring queues that build up. In there this morning. Three staff members trying to find a prescription for someone and guess what eventually they said it?s not here?? Meanwhile the queue builds up and are ignored. Sort it out please!!

First and only time I will go there. Standing in the rain waiting for it to open. Opened 3 minutes late. Mot such a big deal if we werent all standing there wet. Next we couldnt pick up our prescriptions coz pharmacist stuck on M25. Tried to call a bit later to check if pharmacist had arrived. Looks like nobody has a clue how to answer a phone. Asked GP for 28 100mg tabs to be made into 56 50mg and pharmacist only have us half the order. Who gets a repeat prescription on a monthly basis all of a sudden halved. Our normal pharmacist would have picked this up and called us before collection ( they actually have done this in the past). Definately will not use again
