Had glam makeup done for a Christmas party. Unfortunately I had to remove all the makeup when I got home and my daughter did the makeup for me! I don?t like to give give poor reviews but feedback is important both to the business and anybody wanting the same treatment. I have telephoned the business this morning to explain the issues I had. It?s disappointing as I had also booked for my wedding makeup which I have now cancelled due to my experience ?

This is the best salon to get any treatment or hair styles you want, I've had several treatments here and will never go anywhere else. The ladies are so friendly and make you feel like you are apart of a big family. They also have lovely puppers to give love to most of the time. Where else can you go to feel relaxed get pampered and fuss a lovely pupper. Keep up the amazing work you do ladies x

I had a luxury pedicure today, really nice experience, I've been to other salons and not felt like it was a treat to myself. The ladies here made my treatment a good experience with a professional finish, I definitely felt like I had treated myself today, will definitely be back ?

Had the most wonderful day at QL having the infamous No Mirror Challenge. The whole team are fabulous and I feel and look a million dollars. I couldn't recommend this lovely salon enough.

This place is fantastic. My experience here was top notch and the service I received was absolutely amazing. The staff are polite and are down to earth normal people while maintaining professional at all times. The result I got from the hair style and colour I wanted were amazing and exactly how I wanted it.I would recommend and rate this place 10/10 for both service and price.The prices are good for the service you receive. Absolutely disgusting. Purchase 2 wigs for my daughter who's going through chemo. They wasn't the right colour and was far to big for her head. When I've tried to get theses sorted the shop completely ignored me I was told tuff wasn't allowed refund. Had to then go to my bank to open a case. This isn't first time things have happened as I'm now found out through other people. So everyone needs to stay well away.

All the girls at the salon are so welcoming, they will make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the doors. I could not fault anything, felt so relaxed whilst getting pampered. If you?re looking for a pamper you will not be disappointed with the result. 10/10 service. Thank you ladies

I discovered QL and the wonderful ladies there in 2022, having seen examples of their work (particularly colouring) via a Facebook group. It is a 3 hour journey for me to reach the salon but absolutely worth it - I hadn?t been able to find anywhere local to me that gave me confidence that they could achieve what I wanted. When I first visited QL I had complete trust in them and have had various shades of pink & lilac since. It?s the most enjoyable day out for me, everyone there is so kind and thoughtful and I have received so many compliments on my hair I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them! XServices: Hairstyling

I?ve been going to Q.L. Since 2020. It takes me 90 min to drive there but it?s so worth it. I had hair extensions a few times and bright colours - loved the outcome every time.Also did micro blading on my eye brows for the first time and it made a huge difference and look so natural also.Highly recommend the Place and they also have a community page with offers, ideas and resent makeovers.If you want a drastic change and like to experiment try their NO mirror challenge - you get a full hair and make up makeover without knowing what they?ll do ?Services: Shampoo & conditioning
