Recently used this garage to service my BMW and wow i was impress with their honesty and reliability. After doing a lot of research and asking friends and family i finally used this garage. A bit pricey but well worth it. Thanks Mike and the team. Keep up the good work guys.

Absolutely lovely team! My car decided it was going to go into limp mode on the way to work!They fitted me in that morning, diagnosed it and repaired it all on the same day! The prices were amazing considering the part that was needed as I know I'd have been quoted double elsewhere. Good communication, no messing about. Listened well and super friendly.They now have a new customer for life!Thank you so much again!

Communication was terrible. I had to chase for every update and a job that I was told would take two days labour latest took weeks. While I understand that more problems were found and things happen that you can't plan for, this was no excuse not to let me know about it. I was waiting every day for a call and was not told when they found more issues until I called them to chase. This meant that for the weeks it took, my life was very interrupted as I had to be ready for a call at any time that I did not get. He also lied about sending me an update email in a phone call, which was not anywhere in my inbox, junk or spam. When a faulty install caused a hydraulic leak, I was told I could collect my car, then receiving a call when I was halfway there (wasting my transport money) telling me not to come and get it, not explaining why. I was also not told about this after three hours, so went in person only to be told of the leak that should have been explained over the phone. In the end, the work was completed and to an acceptable standard, but I would have appreciated to be updated as I had expected and even requested in person.

Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I booked my small van for service and MOT and the garage refused to do it even charging me for the things what they haven't done. More than that,2 dashboard lights comes out from their garage what I will have to fix it somewhere else. I will never go there again. Definitely NOT recommended !!!!!

Really poor experience unfortunately, felt like we were ripped off from day one. Took £2000 off us without being able to fix the problem, wanted £600 more to get it through its MOT. Had the vehicle for 7/8 weeks. Poor communication all the way through, never kept us informed. Had we been informed, we would have instructed them to stop the work like we did when he wanted £600 more for the MOT. Another garage advised it was a write off and that it needed a new engine, and therefore had to be scrapped making the work that was completed absolutely pointless. Mew made a complaint through RAC as they are RAC approved, their reply to the complaint was a complete fabrication of what actually happened. Wouldn?t go anywhere near this garage ever again! Do not recommend! Reply from them to this is once again a partial fabrication, You had the car for 7/8 weeks, you spent 2k on it without being able to fix it! That is a fact! We took the car out of your garage because you couldn?t fix it at a reasonable price. We took it too 2 other garages who couldn?t believe the work you had done and went against everything you said, and provided statements for the complaints to back up the claim. The complaint was simply our word vs yours, you spun it to fit your narrative. I had to get involved because you were causing my pregnant girlfriend unnecessary stress from the lack of communication and the spiralling costs without authorisation.
