This business as a brand is shockingly bad if you have a customer service issue and head office support the policy they have of not refunding you for their error's stating you should return items the next day or too, this is the same for querying over charging. The Kettering store is awful with real ignorant managers. Heed the reviews re overcharging and different prices on shelves compared to actual.

Poundland is as it says "most things are a pound" - but , not everything is a pound..... It just depends what you're after.... It's not a bad shop, it has a mixture of bread, canned foods, cupboard staples, cleaning items, craft items, dog & cat foods, house wares, and kids, ladies, and men's clothes by "Pep & Co." - which is Poundlands' own brand of clothing.
