Wellingborough Pizza Hut is amazing, thank you to Evie, the manager, Denise and Anita that cater to our ever need and always there to help. They waited on us hand and foot. The service and quality of the food is outstanding and we will be eating here for years to come. Thank you again Pizza Hut! ??????????

The food has become a little overpriced since we last went to a pizza hut, but the overall quality is still the same. We had two pizzas, some drinks and the bottomless icecream, which all came to about £48.
The service has dropped quite a bit though, pizza hut has introduced a system where you have to make the order online and pay before you've even gotten the food. On top of this, the system will ask you to provide a tip - the last time I checked a waiters job was to take someones food order and deliver their food, it seemed a bit of a joke to get us to order our own food then provide a tip for a job half done. It's not the waiters fault, and I don't blame them, but it still impacted the service.
The Atmosphere was okay, up until I went to the bathroom where two children came in without an adult to wash their hands, and then the eldest started to scream at her little brother to shut up. Again, not staffs fault, I know but it still impacted the Atmosphere.

Often as a treat my wife and I will order a pizza hut for collection and it never fails us. The sides are delicious especially the chips! The large pan crust pizzas are also consistently amazing. The staff are always friendly and polite and the kitchen has a 5 star hygiene rating. Easily recommend.

Fairly quiet for a late Saturday lunchtime. Good buffet salad reasonable range of buffet pizzas. Pizza toppings seemed more frugal than in recent years.

Buffet was decent, hey keep a food amount of pizza & garlic bread coming out, 2 different pasta, one is usually a tomato based sauce & the other is usually a creamy cheese sauce with broccoli, both very good. The salad bar is usually topped up as well, the lettuce is usually iceberg, would be nice to have a mix of leaves, but i think that would push the price up, & they wouldn't keep as long, i always have a seperate bowl for my salad & another seperate bowl for tortilla chips & salsa, & they don't mind, i don't like it all on the plate with the pizza. The buffet is £8.99 adult each, which i din;t think is to expensive, i think they have finally got the price right, we also had tap water each, which you can help yourself to as well as ice, so no extra cost there, as you don't always want to fill up on fizz. Definitely good value for a treat, lovely friendly staff at Wellingborough as well. It is card only payment, no cash anymore.

Our first visit to this Pizza Hut and I can confidently say this is the best Pizza Hut we've ever visited.
From the manager's warm and kind welcome, especially nice when you've got 3 kids 5 and under! To the understanding and kindness from the waitress when a drink was spilt, reassuring my daughter who was quite upset. And the chef who overheard my child asking why some pizza was flat and others was thick, offering to make a thin pepperoni if my son would prefer thin. Above and beyond at every moment. Even as we were leaving and I started to pick up some of the food the kids had dropped, I was reassured to leave it as it wouldn't take long with the proper equipment.
The pizza itself was delicious - especially the managers special and the salad was all very fresh and appetising. The ice cream bar was all fully stocked.

Excellent welcome and service. Good food - the chicken fajita pizza was very tasty. Clean restaurant. Well stocked salad bar with fresh items. Not been in a Pizza Hut since the 90s but will be back here much sooner!

Food was really nice massively under staffed tho. It took 40 minutes after food was finished to get our deserts, not good service,especially when we spent £220.
