Oh dear, first port of call I was helped by a smiley helpful lady. Sadly going to the back to deal with my transaction I was met with rudeness and sarcasm. She must have been having a very bad day. I was all I could do to keep quite. Iâ??m so glad Iâ??m no longer an account holder.

Cannot fault the friendly & helpful staff but reducing the counter service to 2 windows causes big queues at times

Offer all the services you would expect. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is that you can be waiting awhile to be seen.

Had a really bad experience with Natwest phone banking yesterday - so after 40 years I am
putting my current account somewhere else in the hope that the staff will be able to do their job.
Natwest incompetence cost me a great deal of money .
