It?s the second time I?ve been to this Morrisons Café. I had a cappuccino and a bite to eat, a cheese tuna toastie previously and a toasted tea cake today (19/8/25). Good value too! Especially when paying I received a discount using my Morrisons card!! The staff, Tina and Leanne, were helpful and cheerful. Definitely worth another visit for their coffee!!

Morrisons is the most pathetic disgusting useless supermarket I have ever seen. Never ever they give deliveries on time. My 4 times of experience taught me never ever take deliveries of Morrisons and there average delay delivery timings are more than 40 minutes. Tesco, Sainsbury Are too good in service!

The Store Is Ok. Most Of The Time It's Fully Stocked But Just Lately I Noticed That The Store Needs Fixing Badly Because There Holes In The Ceiling Dripping With Water & It's Been Like This For Months. Ever Since Morrisons Has Changed Hands It Like The Owners Don't Care About These Problems. And Make The Store Look Rundown.

The meal we had with our little grandson was quite good. The staff seem to work hard. Outside the food area, much of the store seems neglected, eg. the soap dispenser in the gents was mostly water, the so called children's table in the cafe was a disgrace, the aluminium pod recycle bin was grossly overflowing, the stairs from the basement car park are not clean and do not presentva welcoming entrance and the lift is depressing. Generally, the area between the cafe and tills to the toilets appear run down. We wonder if this store is on a closure list and whatever is necessary to smarten it up is considered a waste. As we really like Morrisons for food shopping and wish there was one in Daventry, it would be a real shame if the Wellingborough one closed.

I've lost count the amount of times that after waiting in a long queue to check out I find that the offers advertised on the shelf have not been taken of my bill, then I have to wait in another long queue at customer services to get these offers refunded.

I order my groceries from this shop, it is a satisfactory delivery service, there is plenty of notification that they are lacking my order, if there is anything missing, that they are in their way and that i am their next stop.
