Disgrace!!! 20 mins in the drive through! Left at the 4th window and forgotten. I rang and spoke to the manager who said ?we don?t know what your order is?. In then needed to go into the building to sort out the mess!!!??it was chaos with everyone with over 15 min wait- the manager was useless the staff looked clueless? Eventually got my order took this home to find the jam missing from the muffin with jam??.the worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant- So bad I would avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere- customer service lacking!!!!

Used to be our go to mcdonald?s as it?s much better than others in the area but recently it?s gone really downhill. Always a long queue in the drive thru, had missing items in most of our last few orders and staff never seem to know what they?re doing. Came here this evening and had a few issues with the app and had to suggest solutions to staff rather than them asking us to try different things. When we finally got to the final window, the young girl giving us our food tried to give us another person?s order as well as ours and when we explained some of it wasn?t ours she tried to take it all back and was convinced we were lying. When we came to eating our food, we didn?t have the correct number of items and had a few things missing but because of the drive thru hassle we didn?t bother going back and probably won?t again

How difficult can it be to read a receipt? Better yet how can people still not realise the bags half empty...Bbq mcrib without the sauce ? Takes the piss, drinks always missing to some extent. Shit needs sorting

DO NOT order for delivery, they just don't bother to deliver or arrive hours later. The last order I made turned up two hour and a half hours later, half of it was missing, and what did turn up was stone cold.
