THE WORST McDonalds I've ever visited..!!
We love a Maccie D's, but this one the drive-through staff, we're the rudest I've ever experienced at any restaurant and took ages..!!
Also needed the loo so popped in, male urinals, all we're taped up and out of use, so used the disabled instead as no other choice, and the flush didn't even work in there either..!!
luckily, I needed a number 1 ?
A disappointing experience for Mc D's will certainly avoid returning to this one again...

The food order was wrong and cold. The manager apologised for the delay due to the food being cooked fresh but still managed to come out cold.

Ordered a mc Donald?s on the app it turned up after an hr it was fridge temperature cold and when contacted uber as that?s who you have to go through was basically told there was nothing they were willing to do the customer service from uber is shocking and will never use again

Honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed my recent McDonald's meal here. Haven't been for a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and surprisingly flavorful. Will definitely be back!

They work slowly, use their phones during work, do not give importance to customers, and take a long time to prepare orders.

Avoid this McDonald?s, worst one in the area. The service is absolutely shocking and always get the orders incorrect and overall it?s just total chaos.

So it's had a make over ..... but the food still comes out cold !!! Why spend all that money on a refurb if you can't perfect your food quality service !!! Surely a burger has to be temperature probed before giving it to a customer, I don't understand why this is the only Mcdonalds where the bottom of the bun is freezing cold and the burger isn't hot.

This is the second consecutive time that my food has been unforgivably cold and the times before that ... always an incomplete order. Are the workers even trying at this point or are they too busy talking about their hobbies and weekend stories to do their jobs properly. All I ever see is workers laughing amongst themselves without any greeting or interest in the people they are serving. Not surprised the food is cold. I'm all for having a chat ... but you have a job to do ... stop serving cold food.

only went in for a 6 piece chicken nugget and not only did i have to wait for a long time, but they forgot one of my chicken nuggets!!
