We love a Maccie D's, but this one the drive-through staff, we're the rudest I've ever experienced at any restaurant and took ages..!!
Also needed the loo so popped in, male urinals, all we're taped up and out of use, so used the disabled instead as no other choice,... read full comment

The food order was wrong and cold. The manager apologised for the delay due to the food being cooked fresh but still managed to come out cold.
