Have had mixed experiences dependent on who I speak to. On the one hand had a very useful online meeting arranged through the branch which helped me set up a savings account. On the other when my girlfriend went in with me to the branch to get a new account set up we were simply told to go online with no offer for help or advice even when I asked for it.

I found the staff there courteous, friendly and helpful.
I had some issues with accessing my account online. They helped me in getting my online access back.
No complaints.

Worst bank in Wellingborough road I was there for over 35 minutes until I got my card back. The machine is very old. The staff are very slow, I can't say anything about the badness of this place.

Ground floor building, not a very big bank, floor space just about accessible for wheelchair users and mums with pushchairs. Meet and greet friendly, helpful staff at entrance to help with pointing you to an area for your needs. Due to bank closures, can be very busy and overwhelming and very hot due to building size. Building was not designed for today's needs that's for sure, but the staff do their very best. Hence only 4 stars

Rude staff, machines not working, long queues due to one person on the tills, 3 other staff members walking around doing nothing. Took about 40 minutes to deposit a cheque.

I have been waiting about 25 min to get coint..it's incredible rubbish customer services..only one cashier active rest of them just chilling noone care about long queues

Needed to get a couple of bits of paperwork sorted urgently for a mortgage and Alison couldn't have been more helpful even pointing out a possible issue I might have. If it wasn't for this local branch, I'd have been stuck ! Thanks Lloyds Bank Wellingborough.
