We visit this store a couple of times a month for weekly food shops, swapping between here and Tesco due to family preferences. The store is always clean and well stocked, including the lovely bakery section which is hard to resist. It is slightly smaller than some in the area so does not always have all the special buys, so I've had to look at other stores to find particular items.
The main let down for this store is the car park. It's small, with only 3 disabled and 3 parent and child spaces that fill up quickly. Some of the spaces are tight or awkward so it's always fun trying to get a toddler in and out of the car when the converted parent and child spaces are taken.

Shopped there last week and got a free 600grm easy peelers so went down today just for them. Couldn't see them so asked and was told the delivery was short. They had 500grm easy peelers which I would have accepted but not offered. Assistant said we got any cucumbers either. I didn't ask for cucumbers!! Couldn't see any grapes either so I didn't bother. Totally wasted journey.

Great Prices, guess that's No.1. Shame Wellingborough doesn't have Self Service Tills like Rushden. Otherwise a Great Shop??.

My husband and I are just left till number 1, we are being served by a young Asian female, I was absolutely appalled by her attitude towards customer service. When we commented on how she composed herself as a member of the team. When I tried to get things sorted in order, meaning the Idl Plus app out 9f the way. She then said. I WILL DO IT IN THE END, which caused a bit of an inconvenience to customers. And as we walked out she had final said which we didn't catch what it was but certainly not have a nice day! Lidl had definitely gone down hill. Utterly definitely disgrace to its customers. NOT QT ALL HAPPY.

Nice shop, however very often poorly stocked. Staff are mostly lovely except for one lady who has clearly no manners or attention when handling palletts, got clobbered this morning when she came round a bend too quick without looking then got really snappy with us. Not the first time, she just seems to generally have no manners and is just rude to everyone.

Budget supermarket has some nice points but always a huge queue and they never have all the tills open. You can get fresh bread which is a bonus but bit hit and miss on other items. Not really any cheaper than Tesco on the essentials

Empty shelves, every time I go, whoever manages the store needs to go. If I want my essentials from Lidl I need to travel Kettering or Northampton because one thing for sure, I wont find in the Wellingborough Lidl. Worst Lidl I ever been.
