I have used this branch a few times and the service has been excellent, specifically Kai who is a credit to Kwik Fit.
2 years on and I've just been back for some new tyres and I'm pleased to say the customer service is still exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable staff, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for tyres, well done lads!

I had a really great experience today the assistant manager not sure of his name think it was Aaron was so helpful he stayed behind to finish the job even though it was his time to go home . Good job and hope the tyers last longer.

Booked in for wheel alignment on Ford Fiesta. When I drove away I realised the car was significantly veering to the right and jolting to the side when I brake. This very obvious fault was not detected by the technician, even though he drove my car from the workspace to the car park. I told him about issues I was having when I dropped the car off related to wheel alignment. He gave me no feedback or advice on this after the service despite it being very quick and easy to check to see if there was an issue. Also double the cost for wheel alignment elsewhere (£72 for two wheels). My car is now not safe to drive and I have to go find another garage to fix their mistakes. They did not care about my safety, they did the bare minimum and sent me on my way after collecting my money. When I called to complain, I could hear staff members laughing in the background.
