Do not bother with this branch they never answer the phone, been calling this branch to see I'd they can do tracking as the other Wellingborough branch is jot able to at the moment but they answer the phone this branch do kot answer I have called for 3 days!! Different times through the day.

The team were really accommodating in having my tyres replaced ASAP when I arrived. They were very clear in their communication and kept me up-to-date at all times. The guy who served me (his name escapes me) was a great credit to Kwik-Fit.

I unfortunately had to have two tyres changed due to a freak accident with my tyre blowing and dragging me off road, I was recovered to this kwik fit and Nathan and Tom were brilliant, put me at ease, helped find and fit the right tyres for the car even when the website showed me the wrong ones for my vehicle and then helped me figure out how to get to work as well as showing compassion for the accident I had that morning.Great lads and most importantly normal human people who were caring and did a great job.Thank you both.

Dear Kwik Fit Management.Tom and Nathan save the day!I encountered a flat tyre on route to my Daughters birthday meal.After trying 4 other workshops who were unable to help me until the following week, or to even put my spare on, Tom and Nathan were able to replace my tyre (which was in stock) while I waited.This turned out to be a very exciting day for my 4 year old son too, who enjoyed watching them put the car on the ramp and replacing the tyre.Thank you both for your help and the speed in which you were able to get me back on the road.Paul
