I went to Kwik Fit in Wellingborough Oxford Street for the first time today as I had a slow puncture and they were absolutely brilliant!! From my initial phone call to book an appointment, through to finishing the job, everyone I spoke to was very polite and friendly. The job was done within half an hour of my arrival and the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this particular Kwik Fit workshop!

Every time I visited this branch, I had my problems fixed, and they had been prompt. The prices are also good, they have a nice waiting area with toilets and AC. While outside were 30°C inside was nice and cool.

I turned up with a nail in the tyre, despite being busy and behind the staff were really helpful and fixed the tyre for me. Very good service. Staff helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Never thought I would write a review about a tyre company, I had booked my car in for an MoT online 14 hrs earlier, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello, was told how long the task would take, took my number to call incase of any issues, on my return an hour later advised my car had failed MoT but instead of leaving me with a problem, they offered a solution and could get tyres in later that day (2 failed). I returned at the end of the day again greeted with a friendly welcome. The manager has created a great work ethic, all professional going about there business, you feel the customer is King, well done to the team, a friendly service, I would highly recommend Kwik Fit Wellingborough, Oxford St branch.

Called up about wheel balancing, they said bring it in and we?ll fit it in. Got there just after 12 and front wheels balanced and back out just after 12:30. Good price, polite service from all, thanks.

I popped into this Kwikfit without an appointment. Despite them being understaffed, and it near to closing, they still fit me in. They also had another unpleasant customer who was rude and unreasonable and they kept their cool (I wouldn?t have!) and remained professional. I will always recommend Kwikfit as I have nothing but good experiences with them, especially the Wellingborough. Thanks again guys!
