A really good way to ensure your restaurant stays empty is keeping the heater off.
Freezing cold inside, do something about it.
They remove the orders from the screen before they are finished, the last time our drinks were watery so we checked and again watery, when we ask for new drinks they say they can't change the syrup because an external "technician" needs to come and change it.
Will try my best to avoid ?
Edit: got home and they forgot to put my sweet chilli sauce in the bag. Give me a
break dude.

Order food at 5pm rang several times. Phone not answering. Got food at 7.46 PM
Will try to get refund for £31 order that was 3 hours late ps can't post unless a put star up ! They hate bad reference

Waited 30 minutes for 1 x 10 piece bucket of food and when I asked where my foods is and why it took so long and was told they have to do orders in order. RUBBISH saw 4 people order and leave and about 6 just eat drivers come and go. Below poor service from people who do not care.

I was in our kfc recently for a meal inside with my friend and children. I have never experienced such a strange frost in restaurants as here. The children complain about the cold, I left completely frozen, I have the impression that the air conditioning was on and it was much colder than outside. !

Went to pick up online order from the drive through. Drive through was really slow. Order was correct, but as normal the 4portions of fries just looked one big jumbled up mess. No hand wipes either.

Dear KFC Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wellingborough KFC on 30.11.24 The experience was absolutely terrible. We placed an order for delivery, but upon receiving it, we found that it was completely different from what we had ordered.
To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns. Additionally, the person who took our order did not engage with us in any way. They simply handed over the food without saying a word, and when we questioned the order, they just threw it in the bin without offering any assistance.
In today?s customer service environment, such behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect better from a well-known brand like KFC, and I would appreciate it if the management takes appropriate action to address this issue.
I hope that this matter is taken seriously, as customer service should be a top priority, and this experience was far below what anyone should expect from your establishment.

As a delivery driver which Im trying to fulfil the demand, I hate to come here and be ignored or to jump over my orders because they know other drivers and Im kinda new? not a good practice and not fair?

Wow!
Disorganised and dysfunctional!
Staff on the front need more training or the order system needs reviewing.
The poor girls do not dare and turn to face customers during the chaos.
At the time of ordering there were only 4 to 5 people waiting for food and only a couple of people sitting in the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would be like on a Saturday lunchtime.
The temperature inside is very very cold. It seems that the aircon was on. This didn?t make it very comfortable to sit in the restaurant.
On the plus side, the food was hot and tasted lovely!

Not the greatest I'm afraid....warm food at best on my last visit. Can be very hit and miss.

Waiting 50 minutes for a very small amount of food. Forgot one of our burgers on the order as well. Store was packed of people waiting this amount of time or longer. Would never come back here.
