We were recently looking for a professional letting agent to manage our rental property, having had a less than satisfactory experience with previous agents. A friend highly recommended Harwoods so I called in to have a chat. I immediately knew that Harwoods were everything that we would expect from a professional, caring letting agency. Before the property had even been advertised, Wendy had matched us with potential tenants. They viewed the property and moved in within 2 weeks! From first conversations to agreeing terms and conditions, and getting our lovely tenants into the property, we cannot rate Wendy and the team highly enough. We have every confidence going forward with the management of our property and would highly recommend Harwoods.

A lot of people are wary of estate agents as some may not act in your best interest. My experience with Harwood?s could not be further from that. Phil was there to hand-hold us throughout the entire process and explain any intricacies, which as a first time buyer helped tremendously. He truly went above and beyond; always keeping us in the loop and even stepped in to get us a sell-side boiler service just shy of exchange when even our lawyers were told no. I cannot recommend Harwood?s enough
