I was served today by very helpful and efficient Adnan who fitted a new battery and wiper blades for me. He gave excellent service, as did the staff member at the payment station. They both showed care and concern, so thank you Halfords. I'll certainly come again.

Super helpful staff every time. They have always gone above and beyond. My wife and I always use halfords when we need to get stuff for the car and check it over before long journeys. The wellingborough one is especially helpful.

I paid for a bike for my 2 year old and waited days to collect to find it didn't arrive, i waited more days to find they hadn't ordered her bike in. I waited again, on a whim my husband went in to find they had sold her bike to someone else and now we have to wait another week.
Most incompetent store i have ever used.
My advice is don't bother using this store they are useless.

I have just just purchased the Thule Force XT XL Roof Box with the help in store from Bradley. With his advice I was able determine all of my issues about the box and have booked a fitting date for them to safely fit the box onto the roof bars of my car. He gave me time to make me feel confident about my purchase of this item through Halfords and would recommend anyone who isn?t sure to go and chat with them. I was also very happy with the pricing of this premier make box. Thank you.

Had a 10 point car check at Wellingborough store before a long journey, turned out I needed oil and coolant. Went in store and the lady on the till went to get them for me. Such good service from both the man checking the car (Adnan) and the lady on till. Adnan was extremely polite and lovely manners.Would recommended for peace of mind.
