Absolutely terrible service.Went there just to replace two bulbs and after a few days I noticed that I started having issues with the some fuses and the washer. The guy who replaced the bulbs accidentally detached the water pump pipe and the water was getting into the fuse box.

Really helpful, and super speedy work done on my car. The tread had completely gone on my passenger side front tire, and I had been mucked around by the dealership getting the tire ordered in and fitted which left me in desperate need to get a new tire ASAP. I booked the day before, used the financing options and got the tire sorted. I followed the instructions of arriving 10 mins early before my appointment, was advised it might be a while due to staff sickness, but my car was done and dusted within 45 minutes which is incredible when I was expecting the worse of an all day wait (as I have in the past with the dealership). Really helpful team thank you!

My rating is based on the customer service (lack of) not the MOT itself. Lady on reception was busy looking at her mobile when I arrived, too busy to look up. No greeting, I had to initiate the conversation advising my car was booked in for an MOT, she just held her hand out and asked for the keys and said that I would get a call when it's done. No call was received, I had to call and found out it was complete. Reception also smelt really strongly of cigarettes and would not have been happy to sit and wait there also. I had to use Halfords as it was an approved centre for my company car, this is the 2nd time I have used them and thankfully the last, another centre is being sourced for next time as I have refused to go back.

Back in May I purchased two front tyres for my mondeo got home to find the job was not done correctly as I asked so I returned with the vehicle to have the job corrected left the vehicle with them and returned 30 mins later to collect the vehicle and found that the nearside mirror assembly was damaged which cost me £285 to fix To which they wrote a report on the vehicle stating it was not damaged it was a fault this was a complete and utterly lie so my warning is if u take you vehicle ther and they damage your vehicle they will lie about it and will not pay up!

I've visited here two or three times. Some of the staff seems to be going through the motions without really engaging with the customer. I've never felt welcomed

I went for full service and MOT and the next day I lost the engine undertray on the road, they said I was speeding and the repair will cost me £500 ??. I don't understand how nothing happened for 1 year, but it happened just after I did the service. I was with children in the car when I lost it and they say it's my fault that I drove too fast

Rubbish not able to even do basic checks on time motoring club just a scam to take money. Will be contacting customer support don't have time to sit around quicker to check myself.

Bike staff tried blaming me for a faulty bike after 5 weeks then refused to fix it as did not have a bike technician in store. Told me unsafe to ride but then to ride it Riverside in Northampton to get it fixed!!!! Attitude of Jack on particular was terrible and a formal complaint will be made 0 stars

Since everything in Halfords needs to be done with appointments with days in advance, and you can?t just pop in and ask for something to be done on your vehicle straight away, I?m literally shocked how poor management Halfords Wellingborough have because it took nearly 3 hours for the guys in there to change 2 front tyres on my car!!!! NEARLY 3 HOURS!!!! When I?ve asked the staff why is it taking so long the answer from a lady was ?well it takes some time?. SOME TIME! NEARLY 3 BLOODY HOURS FOR A TWO TYRE CHANGES!!!! That was my first and last experience with Halfords in Wellingborough! Never ever again!
