Paying more to sit in around dirty tables and filthy floors is why I give this place 1 star. Otherwise the service at the counter was quick friendly and efficient.

Greggs is nice and you know what to expect at Greggs
The recent refurbishment also looks great.
Where it scores down is the idea that I should pay more to eat in.
I do not care if this is standard across Greggs or other convenience food chains. It?s a stupid idea.
In a town centre where there aren?t many places to sit when it?s busy, I?d rather not pay extra to sit down?

A newly refunrbed Greggs store toilet semi accessible as having to ask staff to open the door with a code and not radar key.
Wheelchair accessibility: Reasonable although the accessible toiler is a shared toot for all and not accessed by radar key also the sign is wrong with the words baby change next to the disabled logo which Greggs could have considered more. Toilet has grab rails and is basic disabled toilet

What a bunch of sickos! I ordered my usual at the till on the day they were expecting me to and they had my order ready in a bag hidden under the counter. They pretended to grab some fresh bakes and swapped the bag with one they had prepared earlier. It wasn't cooked through and it didn't even taste of gregs. I don't know what it was but they all had a good laugh about it. Someone told me they like wiping themselves on the bakes. You are all a bunch of sickos for what you do to people's food.

Just looting the money i take large tea which is 1:35£ and i ask for one extra tea bag she charge 1:25£ for one tea bag its too

Food is okay but it?s extremely unhygienic. Ordered a hot chocolate and the woman sneezed in her hand in-front of me, then made my drink. Saw them prepping the food and no gloves and putting their fingers in the food. The hot chocolate wasn?t even mixed properly.

Good food and customer service. Can get quite hard to navigate through people but that is when they're really busy.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Sometimes there is a box in middle with products but this is easily moved.
