Asked a few places if they can replace a 12V battery in an electric car, and no - go to the dealer was the advice. Well, Mercedes quoted me £300 for a service which included the battery replacement, considering the only other item on the menu was a pollen filter I politely declined. Probably one of the best garages I've dealt with.They did a complete restoration on my MX5 [not their usual accident repair work], kept me informed at each stage and the finished job couldn't be faulted.This was 'old fashioned' service with the personal touch!
