Went today with my Daughter
To a new mattress. We were served by Gary, a bearded guy who was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us find her perfect mattress. All the staff there were really kind and friendly, we are very happy to recommend this shop. A+++++++ ?

I initially gave a good review because the sales experience was brilliant ish. But things went seriously downhill on delivery. I purchased two pillows at £149.00 each and they weren?t delivered and were never going to be delivered. They claimed we took them with us at time of order,but we didn?t. As two very disabled people,one who is an OAP, we had no way of carrying them to the car. They refused to check their CCTV but our dashcam confirms we left the store empty handed.
When I phoned the store the lady was extremely unhelpful and passed me to an arrogant male colleague that also refused to help. We had already disposed of our old pillows.So we had two new mattresses and no pillows and the staff couldn?t give a toss.
I called head office who had a much better attitude and sorted it out.
Now going back to the store and collect what they owe and see what kind of attitude we get.
On arrival the male salesman said he couldn?t let me have the pillows until tomorrow. So I showed him the email authorisation from head office that was sent to confirm that I could collect them. The salesman obviously doesn?t believe head office communications so he called them to verify.
Initially they said it was okay but then they tried to say I owed them the discount amount that I had been given at the time of the original purchase. They finally accepted that full payment means full payment.
What a total waste of 45 minutes of my time with an arrogant staff member who wanted to prove his superiority. Sorry mate, didn?t work. All that has happened is you?ve ensured your firm has received another negative feedback. Well done,
Oh, they have CCTV cameras all over the store which he said don?t work, even though a notice behind the desk says otherwise. So, to protect yourself in future, make sure you covertly record everything. It?s not illegal so long as it is for your own use
Alternatively, you could buy from the Archers Sleepcentre who deliver nationwide for free, offer a better selection and cheaper prices.
Well done Wellingborough Dreams for being so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Gary was so helpful in choosing the beds at affordable price . I was determined not to choose grey for my master bedroom bed . We ordered a double bed and a king size bed . The double bed we choose was grey /slate colour but it was not available for immediate delivery. So Gary said one of the clearance double bed is available for immediate dispatch which was available only in one colour it dary grey . We said okay as this bed goes to guest room .and we already invited friends for house warming on 1 st week of August. The Color we choose for king size was light beige ( oatmeal as in website (Color displayed in showroom . But the Color came on delivery was very dark grey shade . When I checked it is a slate colour . I was so disappointed as we already bought paint and room decor based on the colour we choose . When I contacted the showroom , they couldn?t take it back as the bill showed slate headboard. I am so disappointed with the dark grey headboard. It looked so dark in my bedroom and now we have to change room decor . . I had no choice as our friends are at home for helping to assemble bed . Very disappointed with the purchase

I bought my previous bed and mattress from Wellingborough Dreams so I knew that I wanted, the same for my spare room. . The sales assistant was very helpful with out being pushy. He allowed me space to look around and try the mattresses while he made me a coffee. He was even able to look up my old online sales record to confirm what I needed.

Joseph and Mario were both excellent, very accommodating, friendly and professional.
They really helped us out of a difficult situation and we are so grateful. This is how shopping should be.
