The service from the staff there is disappointing,rude, thoughtless with no emotion or customer service. I've been going there for over 1 yr now and it's an ongoing treatment. Today will be the last time I go in there,I'd heard things about the staff before,witness the rudeness and been on the other end of it. When you clearly go to a chemist because you are ill or have an ongoing illness you do not expect to be spoken down too with complete lack of empathy . I explained to the lady that everytime I come here you make me feel uncomfortable, I answer your questions with as much information as I am required to give you. We have clarified this previously on the phone with yourselves,the chemist,the manager,but still I'm treated the same and go through the stress when entering this pharmacy.\\nYou go to a pharmacy when you are ill,I will say that again, because I think that's something the staff either don't care about or forget what services they are in. You do not know what the Customer is going through,you should think about that when you are serving Customers.\\nI do not advise anyone to use this pharmacy,I will actively advise people to go elsewhere. The last thing you need when you are not well is staff that clearly don't have any compassion,empathy or Customer service skills. Highly disappointed and upset with how I was treated today.

Very unfriendly. No customer service at all. I understand that they may be busy but it does not excuse having no manners. A Please or Thank You goes a very long way. I think pharmacies forget that they?re still a business and we?re still their customers! I pay for prescriptions! Suggest some customer service training for your staff wouldn?t go a miss. I?ll certainly take my business elsewhere in future.

The pharmacist was so helpful today when I needed a prescription urgently. They couldn?t actually deliver it for me but electronically sent it to be picked up by a chemist local to me who delivered my tablets within the hour. Thank you so much for your help, it was really appreciated.

As a type 1 diabetic I understand that Freestyle Sensors are like gold dust but it doesn't allow for the attitude of some of the staff when I have to ask for another due to Abbott not replacing a faulty one
