Even ONE star is less for the service they provide. The staff at this store was soo rude and worst behaviour I have ever seen.

an inadequate, crazy co-op worker who behaves like an animal, it?s incredible, he rushes to fight, and the guard says no video, but himself has video cameras :)

Should not be allowed to profit from selling lottery tickets as it is not coop policy to pay winnings.after some high level management deliberation was granted my £67 a third of which was in change as they said they didn't have much money. Useless

Appalling attitude from a member of staff who made several mistakes with a lottery ticket! He took my lottery slip, huffed, and proceeded to key in the numbers manually. When I asked if there was a problem with the slip (I wondered if I'd maybe accidentally creased it) he told me their lottery terminal wasn't accepting the slips at all, and when I enquired if it was just a temporary blip he told me it was permanent. Trying to be helpful, I asked if he'd like me to read the numbers out to him and he replied "no". Not "no, thank you", just an abrupt "no".He continued to input the numbers, huffing the whole time.On checking the ticket I found he'd made mistakes on three of five lines. When I went back and told him he huffed loudly, yet again, and said they weren't supposed to key in the numbers. Yet he'd willingly taken the slip from me and proceeded to enter the numbers manually. He left me feeling that the whole thing had somehow been my fault.
