The staff are always friendly and so helpful. A special shout out to Chrissy, who did such a wonderful job piercing my children's ears. Chrissy is always so welcoming and went out of her way yet again today to find me some really good bargains for my little ones birthday. Thank you! ?

I needed to have my ears re-pierced and am not good with pain. The lady that looked after me was very competent and made it almost totally painless for me. I love my new earrings and look forwards to trying on my old ones again soon. They had a lovely selection and all the after care products on site.

Visited last Sunday for my daughters ear piercing, it was too busy at that time and only one staff member to attend,hats off to the staff and her passions.

The staff are lovely in here. The products are generally overpriced tatt but the staff are good at pointing out the multi buy offers which soften the blow at the till a bit.
