I had about £20 worth of bits (which is a lot for card factory). Touched my card on contactless the women said very loudly my card ?declined?. It didn?t decline it was asking for a pin because of my spending this day (which I entered and it worked), about 4 other customers in hear shot of the ?declined? comment. The guy next to her gave me a glare as well. Both staff generally rude. Have always used Card Factory in Kettering with no issues but won?t come here again. Honestly should be a joke shop.

Absolutely brilliant service today . All staff were fantastic , smiley and welcoming . How refreshing ?. Great prices , great products ..purchased a balloon and cards for my anniversary and fiancé birthday .

The staff in Wellingborough were really helpful. I was looking for a wedding card for a gay male couple. When I asked a lady called Debbie she immediately went to a draw and produced a really great card. Very impressed ?

Very bad experience today. NOT RECOMMENDED.Staff very rude, unpolite not helpful at all. Treat people with indifference and don't want to help at all. Verry resist.
