I had about £20 worth of bits (which is a lot for card factory). Touched my card on contactless the women said very loudly my card ‘declined’. It didn’t decline it was asking for a pin because of my spending this day (which I entered and it worked), about 4 other customers in hear shot of the ‘declined’ comment.... read full comment

Very rude! This is the last time I will buy anything from this store!!! They simply treat you with indifference when they are still wrong!!!

Brilliant service! Staff very helpful even when they had difficult customers causing a fuss and being rude. Will definitely be using again
