Last week my car broke down at this garage and I needed to get my spare key from home to get going again. Although I only live 3 miles away, my only option was to contact someone 40 mins away to come and get me. However once the two lovely ladies, who were working that day, heard of my plight they offered to help. Firstly a big thank to Julie A who offered me a free coffee while I waited and then also to Deb (from the Cafe) who came to my rescue by driving me home to collect my spare key and then back again to my car. Such lovely kindness and gestures, thank you ladies. You turned what could have been a pretty rotten day into a problem day, quickly solved.I?m so gratefulHelen xx

If zero stars were an option I would have rated this instead.I visited BP tonight, when they were not busy. The woman who served me called Lisa, was very rude to me. I said ?Oh sorry I don't want this koperburg i picked up the wrong flavour? she then replied ? you wont be getting any with no ID?. Then she slammed my ID down on to the counter and scowled at me for buying alcohol.I will not be returning due to Lisa?s poor customer service. Really disappointed.

Popped in to get some flowers in their M&S shop for elderly relation on way to a meet up in RushdenSo disappointed. Paid £22 for bouquet which were on last day but had to buy as in a rush. Buying them locally was out of the question as was not sure they would survive trip.No discount was offered. Some flowers were nearly dead and there was a stem where a large flower had died and had just been cut off!Avoid this shop

It's place is a joke.. stopped here in my 60ft wagon and drag to get some m&s food for the night and next day.. so pulled just past the hgv pumps.. leaving the pumps free for the next user.. two female staff members came out and told me to move on. I said what?? She replied you can't park that there! I said what not even to go in the shop?? She replied no your blocking our hgv lanes.. again I'm in a hgv.... I explained I'm using the shop and was told to go park else where.. the road to the side didn't have enough room to kick up without blocking the whole service road.. so they've lost my custom from now on.. bear in mind 300ltr of diesel per day there losing out on.. if you're an hgv driver avoid this place.. plenty of bps and other garages down the road..

For a 24 hour service station it sure is laughable. At the very least 2 in 5 times that I come here after I finish work at 2am (getting to BP around 2:30) the doors are red and no one is in the shop. When it's open it's fine but half the time it isn't and when it's the only 'shop' around it's completely useless to close considering it's advertised as 24 hours a day. Few times now I've stopped here for various bits on the way home and had to leave it because the staff have decided to leave early or something. Rang the store a couple of times as well for it to just ring and ring and ring so obviously no one is in even though online it still says open now 24 hours.

Visited today as needed fuel. Girl on till quite rude with an attitude as though she didn't want to serve customers. There was no smile or even a 'good morning', just 'What pump?'. Politeness and customer service are important even if you are having a bad day!!!

Massive thankyou to Debs who went above and beyond her duty today. My van was running on fumes after my sat nav sent me to 3 petrol stations that no longer sell fuel. I walked to Raunds BP and that wasn't dispensing fuel. After talking with staff ,Debs told me to wait till her shift ended and she drove me into town to buy a jerry can, then to a petrol station then back to my van. Shes is a legend and i am so grateful. Employee of the year candidate for sure

BP petrol station. Choice of unleaded and diesel fuels. The large forecourt means queuing is kept to a minimum. The shop has a Wild Bean Cafe, with hot drinks and pastries. The food shop is a M&S Simply Food brand so is more expensive than most garage shops. There is a cash point located on the side of the building and there is a Jet Wash. Staff are polite and helpful.

Racists against Asians! Came in to get gas but they would not help me. They keep helping everyone else. Never have I experienced this until I came to this place. Horrible! If you come here, you are supporting racism!
